The Locations by Territory report only applies to companies who assign their locations to a geographic territory, in lieu of, or in addition to the radius search. In the US, territory can be defined by a variety of geographic domains (groups of states, individual states, counties, cities, or zip codes). In Canada, territories can be defined by groups of provinces, individual provinces, or 3 character postal codes. Currently, other countries only support country level territories. The Create and Manage Territories article from our Knowledge Base covers territories in more detail, including creating international territories.
