Leads By Location Responsiveness

The Leads By Location Responsiveness report lets companies view how long it takes individual dealers to follow up on leads.

This report allows you to see how long it takes for locations to follow up, down to the second:

Every location in your account is listed on the left.  Responsiveness time is recorded by the following criteria:

• Number of leads with follow up
• Number of leads without follow up
• Number of total leads
• Average time it takes the location to follow up
• Minimum time it takes the location to follow up
• Maximum time it takes the location to follow up

The table can be sorted and filtered by any column, and columns to be displayed can be configured with the column chooser. 

Multiple view can be saved and retrieved later to view saved settings.

Reports can be exported in a variety of formats.
