Send a Welcome Email or a Custom Email to your Locations

How to send a welcome email or a custom email to locations.

Requirements: Available in all subscriptions

Bullseye allows you to send emails to your locations directly from the Bullseye admin.  There are 2 emails you may use:

Welcome Email: Use this email to send login information to locations after you create the locations by uploading them in a .CSV file.  This is only necessary if you use the upload to create the locations.

Custom Email: Use this email for general messages, announcements etc., to stay in contact with your locations.

To send one of these emails, first, go to Manage Locations > Emails

Send Welcome Email

To send the welcome email, select New Location Welcome in the dropdown.  Note that, the content of this email is managed under Settings > Notifications.  For more information see Configure New Location Welcome Email.

Once the content of the email is ready, use the search to find locations that will receive the email. You can only send emails to locations that have a location administrator created, otherwise, they will not be displayed in the search results.  Select the locations that will receive the email by selecting the checkbox next to the location.

Select Send Email at the bottom when you are ready to send the email.

Send Custom Email

To send the custom email, select "Custom Message" in the dropdown.  You can enter the subject and content of the email as needed.  Use the editor to format the email.  You can also insert HTML into the email if needed.  

Use the search to find locations that will receive the email.  You can only send emails to locations that have a location administrator created, otherwise, they will not be displayed in the search.  Select the locations that will receive the email by selecting the checkbox next to the location.  

Select Send Email at the bottom when you are ready to send the email.
