For Lead Manager accounts, there are 6 applicable user types. All user accounts consist of an email address (also used as a username) and a password, for login purposes.
Client Admin-This user type is created by a Bullseye Solutions Group administrator when your subscription is created. It is a single administrator user that has full access to your subscription account functionality. Privileges include maintaining your locations, viewing reports, and configuring your locator page. Client Admin users can also create other users to access the Bullseye application.
Client User-This user type has all the privileges Client Admin users have, except they cannot create other client users. Otherwise they have full access and can participate in all maintenance activities that Client Admins take care of. They can also create service users.
Rep Admin-This user type is created by the client admin or by client users from your company. Rep admins can be thought of as regional reps that manager one or more locations. They can oversee lead assignments and be CC'd on lead emails that go out to locations, and can reassign leads from one location to another. Leads cannot be assigned to Rep Admins directly.
Rep User-This user type has all the privileges Rep Admin users have, except they cannot create other Rep users.
Location Admin-With a Lead Manager subscription, this user type can login to Bullseye to retrieve leads, receive lead notification emails, and optionally manage their location information.
Location User-This user type has all the privileges Location Admin users have, except they cannot create other location users.
How To Add a User
To add a new user, go to Users in the left navigation. Then select Add User. You will be taken to the Add User page which will allow you to select a user type, and create a username and password as in the example below:
In this example, we have chosen to enter a Client User. Simply fill out the email address and password, then confirm the password. Then select Save. The process is exactly the same for Service users.
How to Reset a User's Password
To reset a user's password, click on the Users tab on the left navigation. You will see a list of users. Simply locate the correct user, and select Change Password. You will be prompted to confirm that you want to reset the password. Select Change Password and a new password will be emailed to the selected user. Users can change their own password when they login to Bullseye as well.
